eGift Cards are available for services at Sculpt Acupuncture & Wellness and offer a thoughtful way to share individualized care.
As part of our Grand Opening Promotion, selected eGift Card experiences are offered at special promotional pricing, with pricing equivalent to our member rate where applicable.
Purchasing an eGift Card
eGift Cards are purchased securely through the Sculpt Acupuncture & Wellness patient portal.
If you already have a patient account, select Purchase an eGift Card below and sign in. You’ll be taken directly to the eGift Card purchasing area.
You can also purchase from within your patient portal by selecting Billing → My eGift Cards → Purchase.
If you are new to Sculpt, select Purchase an eGift Card below and create a patient account when prompted. Once you sign in, you’ll be taken directly to the eGift Card purchasing area.

Therapeutic Massage

An individualized massage and bodywork session for relaxation, restoration, overall muscular care, focused attention to areas of tension or discomfort, or a combination based on individual preferences and goals.

Additional time allows greater flexibility for relaxation, restoration, more extensive overall-body work, focused attention to areas of tension or restricted movement, or a combination based on individual priorities.
Acupuncture + Targeted Massage

Designed for those who want acupuncture to remain the primary focus while adding hands-on attention to one or two areas of pain, tension, tenderness, or restricted movement.

Designed for those who want more time devoted to hands-on bodywork while also incorporating acupuncture into the session. The extended time allows care to address broader areas of the body or multiple priorities without taking the focus away from massage.
Facial Rejuvenation

eGift Card Price: $220
Designed to support the appearance and function of the face while addressing related tension in the jaw, neck, and body. While the face remains the primary focus, treatment offers a relaxing, restorative whole-body experience and may include facial massage, gua sha, gentle facial cupping, and other supportive techniques.

eGift Cards are available for all services at Sculpt Acupuncture & Wellness. Contact the office and we can generate an eGift Card for the service you would like to purchase.
Giving Your eGift Card
After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email containing the eGift Card code. The email also identifies the eGift Card you selected and includes Sculpt Acupuncture & Wellness branding. You can forward the email to the recipient or print it to give in person.
The purchaser's patient account is used to complete the online purchase; the person receiving the eGift Card does not need to already be a Sculpt patient or have a patient account when the gift is given.
Redeeming an eGift Card
Recipients with a Sculpt patient account can redeem their eGift Card code through Billing → My eGift Cards → Redeem, or we can redeem the eGift Card for them at the office.
New patients or clients can complete their intake forms online before their visit or at the office. Please keep the eGift Card code available until it has been redeemed.
