All services are gratuity-free. Your treatment fee reflects the value of your care. When appropriate, supportive methods may be incorporated according to your needs without separate add-on charges. No tip is expected.

Grand opening pricing
To celebrate the opening of Sculpt Acupuncture & Wellness, current member pricing is available to everyone through January 31, 2027. Services with separate introductory, consultation, or specialty pricing follow the rates listed below.
Founding Flexible Treatment Membership
Enroll by January 31, 2027, and receive a 10% Founding Member discount, bringing the $145 monthly rate to $130.50. The Founding rate remains available for as long as the membership remains continuously active. Founding Members receive all Flexible Treatment Membership benefits.

How to Enroll
Memberships are available for online enrollment through the Patient Portal. Once you have set up your account, select Billing → My Memberships, or click here to go directly to the membership page to enroll.
If you prefer, you can also receive assistance with enrollment when you visit the office.
Choose from the two membership types based on the ongoing care you prefer.
Acupuncture Membership
$110 per month
Includes one 60-minute Established Patient Acupuncture Treatment each month. Additional acupuncture appointments during the same month remain at the same member rate.
Flexible Treatment Membership
$145 per month
Includes one treatment credit each month.
Your monthly treatment credit fully covers:
60-minute Therapeutic Massage
75-minute Initial Acupuncture Visit
75-minute Acupuncture-Focused Treatment with Targeted Massage
Prefer a different treatment?
Your monthly treatment credit has a $145 value and may be applied toward another eligible service. If the service price is more than $145, you simply pay the additional amount below.

Focused Treatment Series
Some concerns may benefit from appointments scheduled more consistently over a shorter period of time. For this reason, focused treatment series are available, with appointments completed within a set timeframe. Based on your treatment needs, I may recommend a series, or you are welcome to ask whether one may be appropriate for your goals.
